Team Relay winners of the ARD sports broadcasting
Sigulda (pps) The Team Relay of the International Luge Federation (FIL) turned out to be ARD’s (German TV Broadcaster) winners of the whole Sunday (Feb 20) sports broadcasting. 2,71 million television viewers (market share: 16,8 percent) followed the broadcasting from Latvia’s Sigulda und catapulted the World Cup finals to first place in the hearts of the viewers of sport broadcasting and to tenth place of the most viewed ARD shows.
The other ARD reports from Sigulda also reached excellent viewer levels: On Saturday 1.69 million viewers followed the outcome of the doubles (market share: 19.8) and in men’s competition 1.89 million (15.8). The women’s competition on Sunday was viewed by 1.84 million viewers (14.9).
