2018 Electoral Congress to be held in Bratislava 

Lake Placid (RWH)  The 2018 Electoral Congress of the International Luge Federation (FIL) will take place in Bratislava, Slovakia. This was decided at the conclusion of the 64th FIL Congress in Lake Placid, USA. Bratislava won against  Calgary with 18 to 13 votes. As is always the case in Winter Olympics years, the committee and the executive will be elected in 2018.

The 65th FIL Congress had already been awarded to Romania last year.
