Berchtesgaden (PMA) The 63rd Congress of the International Luge Federation (FIL) in PyeongChang, Korea, awarded the 2019 World Championships to Italy. Latzfons will be the host of the 22nd FIL Luge World Championships on Natural Track. Several World Cup races were held on the track “Lahnwiesen”, which was opened officially in 2005. It is the ninth time, that Italy will host the event.
