Second run cancelled due to strong winds Lake Placid (pps) Italy`s World Champion Armin Zöggeler has won the Viessmann Luge World Cup in Lake Placid.Due to the strong winds, the international jury cancelled the second run scheduled for Sunday.Zöggeler won in 53,885 seconds followed by the Austrians Rainer Margreiter (53,916) and Markus Prock (54,042). Tony Benshoff of USA finished in 8th place in 54,324 seconds.
