Quotes
Silke Kraushaar-Pielach (Olympic Champion 1998, World Champion 2004):
„I’m surprised, because I never thought I could win a race on a so called gliding track. But I had two perfect runs. The overall World Cup is one of my goals, but not the most important. This is the Worlds at Igls. “
Sylke Otto (Olympic Champion 2002 and 2006):
„It is getting better. 4th at Cesana, now on second place. But the difference to Silke at the start was too big today.
Anke Wischnewski (Bronze medallist 2005):
„I’m satisfied with the place, but not with the runs. I made mistakes in both runs. But it is important not to be the worst of the German team. “
