Sigulda (pps) Italy’s Ludwig Rieder/Patrik Rastner celebrated their second success of the season. Just one week after their victory at the season’s opener at Paramanova (RUS) the couple won the race of the 3. Junior World Cup at Sigulda (LAT). Second an third place went to Alexander Denisjew/Vladislav Antonov from Russia and Latvia’s Andrejs Berze/Uldis Logins.
In the women’s race Austria’s Mona Wabnigg took home the victory. While the German Teams was not present, she won in front of Eliza Tiruma from Latvia and Malgorzata Kurovska from Poland. The victory in the men’s race went to Russia’s Jewgeni Voskresensky followed by Ludwig Rieder (ITA) and Vladimir Piliemov from Russia.
