Lillehammer (pps) Germany`s Olympic Champion Sylke Otto is on the best way to the victory in the Overall standings of the Viessmann Luge World cup. The two-times World Champion won in Lillehammer (Norway) their 25th race in Viessmann Luge World cup and is with 485 points now in the lead.
Otto took the victory in a total time of one minute 36,396 seconds followed by her teammate Barbara Niedernhuber (1:36,920) and Latvia`s Anna Orlova (1:37,094). Courtney Zablocki from the USA finished on seventh place, Canada`s Regan Lauscher 11th.
