Quotes:

Albert Demtschenko (RUS / Overall World Cup Champion 2004/05)
„Did I really win the Overall World-Cup ? That’s great. So I reached the highest level of Russian sports support. Only Sergej Danilin reached that level in the eighties. And of course I want to win a medal at the World-Championship now.”

Georg Hackl (GER / three times Olympic- and World-Champion)
„It was a horrible week for us with all the snow and rain. We can only congratulate Albert. We have to think about how to catch him again.”

Armin Zöggeler (ITA / 2002 Olympic-Champion)
„The first run was good. But I’m not satisfied with the second. But the tendencies are quite good.”
