VATRA DORNEI. At the medal ceremony of the doubles’ event of the 21st FIL World Championships on Luge on Natural Track in Vatra Dornei (ROU), also a special prize has been presented: Josef Fendt, President of FIL, honored Andriy Demchuk and Myroslav Lenko (UKR), who had shown good performances as a double pairing in this season’s Junior World Cup, among others. Due to their hard work and the commitment they have shown, the two Ukrainians were awarded the price for the Rookies of the Year of the FIL team.
