Second Place to World Champion Felix Loch followed by Daniel Pfister
Cesana (pps) Armin Zöggeler remained undefeated at Cesana. The two-time Olympic Champion won on the Olympic track 2006 his fifth race in a row and celebrated his 43rd success overall in the Viessmann Luge World Cup. The 35-year-old Zöggeler won now in Cesana five events (2006 Olympic Games, 2008 European Championships and three Viessmann Luge World Cup events).
Zöggeler won in a total time one minute 45,071 seconds followed by Germany’s World Champion Felix Loch (0,041 seconds back). It was the best result ever for the youngest FIL World Champion of all times. Third place went to Austria’s Daniel Pfister (0,083 back), who realized his best result of the season.
