Winterberg (pps) Natalia Yakushenko (Ukraine), Albert Demtschenko (Russia) and Andre Florschütz/Torsten Wustlich (Germany) are the winners of 4th Suzuki Challenge Cup in Winterberg/Germany.
In the K.o.-race Natalia Yakushenko (46,567 seconds) beat the german Sylke Otto (46,817) in the women`s final. Third place went to Anastacia Oberstolz-Anotonova from Italy. With this victory Yakushenko (340 pts.) also wins the overall Callenge Cup championship followed by Silke Kraushaar (255 pts.) from Germany.
In the men`s race Albert Demtschenko (57,013) gave italian starter Armin Zögeler (57,034) the second place and also wins the overall competition with 266 points followed by World-Champion David Möller from Germany (242 pts.)
In a german final Florschütz/Wustlich (45,621) won the double competition followed by Patric Leitner/Alexander Resch (45,623). Third place went to italy`s Christian Oberstolz/Patrick Gruber. For Florschütz/Wustlich it was the fourth victory in fourth race and so they won the overall championship with the maximum of 400 points.
