Oberhof (pps) US women’s single slider Courtney Zablocki, who took a fourth place at the 2006 Olympic Games, is through earning a spot on the US squad after sliding to a seventh place finish at the Viessmann Luge World Cup event in Oberhof last weekend.

Ashley Hayden, fourth at the 2005 Worlds, Julia Clukey, who slid to a fifth place finish at Koenigssee, and Erin Hamlin, fifth in Park City, have already qualified for a spot on the US women’s single World Championship squad.
