Torino (pps) The 53 Congress of the International Luge Federation, FIL, will be organised in Italy’s Cesana on June 17-18, 2005. FIL made this decision after deliberations with the Organising Committee of the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Torino, TOROC. At present, Italy’s first artificial track is being build in Cesana. Already at the 52nd FIL Congress in Rio de Janeiro, Cesana had extended this invitation.
