Moskau (pps) The successes of Olympic silver medallist and 2006 European champion Albert Demchenko (Russia) are now paying off. Eberspaecher Auxiliary Heating is now Demchenko’s new personal sponsor. For the time being, the contract between Eberspaecher and the overall 2006 World Cup champion will be effective in the 2007-2008 season.

Previously, the world’s leading manufacturer of pre- and auxiliary heating systems for all kind of vehicles has already renewed its contract running up to 2008 for another two years until 2010. With the early extension of the contract and the commitment to Demchenko, Eberspaecher – who is one of the main sponsors of the International Luge Federation, FIL, since the 2001-2002 season – is emphasising the company’s trust and satisfaction with the co-operation.
