Elsa Desmond Doctor at Southend University Hospital
London (FIL) Luge athlete Elsa Desmond, who competes for Ireland, has completed her medical studies at Kings Collage London and will start as a doctor at Southend University Hospital in London in July 2021.
Her long-term goal, apart from qualifying for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, is to work as an anaesthetist in air ambulance services afterwards.
