FIL and Infront celebrate 20th anniversary of partnership

Innsbruck (RWH) The International Luge Federation (FIL) and its event and marketing partner Infront celebrated the 20th anniversary of their partnership at the Viessmann Luge World Cup in Innsbruck last weekend. FIL President Josef Fendt and Stefan Krauss, Vice President for Winter Sports and Managing Director of Infront Austria, honoured the exceptionally long-standing partnership and recalled some anecdotes at an official dinner to mark the occasion. Both parties expressed their desire to continue the partnership. Infront is responsible for BMW, the title sponsor of the Sprint World Cup.
The international association was represented by its complete executive committee – Secretary General Einars Fogelis (Latvia), Vice President of Finance Harald Steyr (Austria) and Executive Director Christoph Schweiger (Austria). Infront’s representatives were Stefan Krauss, who was once the General Secretary of the German Bobsleigh, Luge and Skeleton Federation (BSD), Christoph Mauer, the long term FIL account manager, and his successor Stefan Sebastian Krause.
Infront was founded in 2003, but its roots date back to 1973. The company provides a comprehensive range of event and marketing services.
