FIL Executive Board to meet in Switzerland on June 17 and 18

Zurich (FIL) On Thursday, June 17 and Friday, June 18, 2021, the members of the FIL Executive Board will meet in person for the first time in over a year in Zurich, Switzerland. 
Among other topics, the proposals of the commissions for sports, technology and natural track, the sports calendars 2021/22 as well as the annual budget 2021/22 and the officials' assignments for next winter are up for decision.

The discussions will focus on the urgent motions of the technical commission and the further strategy in the field of women's doubles as well as the preparations for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing (China).
Furthermore, the preparations for the 2021 Congress, which has been postponed to September, and also already the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milano/Cortina (Italy) will be discussed.

FIL President Einars Fogelis (LAT) and Secretary General Dwight Bell (USA) inform the Executive Board about the plans and measures within the FIL strategic plan "SLIDE 2026".
