FIL President Fendt on a flying visit to China

Beijing (RWH)  The President of the International Luge Federation (FIL), Germany’s Josef Fendt, has now paid a flying visit to the future Olympic host city Beijing. Together with the President of the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF), Italy’s Ivo Ferriani, the former World Champion (1970 and 1974) inspected potential locations for the combined artificial ice track for luge, bobsleigh and skeleton. Beijing is set to host the Winter Olympic Games in 2022.
