Berchtesgaden (RWH) The International Luge Federation (FIL) has published its calendar for the 2014-2015 season, featuring nine Viessmann Luge World Cup events in six countries on two continents, with the highlight of the season, the FIL Luge World Championships 2015 in Sigulda (Latvia) on February, 14-15.

Viessmann Luge World Cup starts in Innsbruck-Igls (AUT) and then moves on to Lake Placid (USA) and Calgary (CAN). After the Christmas break, the athletes return to Europe for the races in Koenigssee, Oberhof and Winterberg (all GER), followed by Lillehammer (NOR) and Altenberg (GER). The final Viessmann Luge World Cup event - at the same time 46th FIL Luge European Championships - will be carried out in Sochi (RUS), host of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in February.
