Ilmenau (FIL) The winners of the 2008 FIL Summer Cup held in Ilmenau/GER on September 6 with participants from eight nations, are Johannes Ludwig (GER) in the class men/junior men and Dajana Eitberger (GER) in the class women/junior women. Ranks two and three went to Andi Langenhan and Robert Eschrich respectively in the men’s/junior men’s competition and to Isabelle Hornung and Nathalie Burkhardt (all from GER) respectively in the women’s/junior women’s race. The surprise winner in the age class Youth A men was Martin Krkoska from Slovakia, however it was yet another German, Saskia Kapfenberger, who won the race in the class Youth A women.
