FIL to provide live streaming of all Viessmann World Cups and the World Championships again this season

Innsbruck (RWH) The International Luge Federation (FIL) will again provide a live stream of all of this season’s Viessmann World Cups and the World Championships on its website (www.fil-luge.org). This is in addition to the usual television coverage. All broadcasts will also be available in Germany this year, provided that the broadcaster does not have its own live stream.

“We are giving people something they have long been asking for”, explained FIL President Josef Fendt during the Luge Press Briefing in Innsbruck. “The feedback about last season’s live stream was overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to continuing to provide this service. This represents another step forward in terms of the media coverage of our sport.”

As in winter 2015/2016, Tim Singer will provide the English commentary for the majority of races. He will again be joined in the commentary box by a wide range of athletes from around the world to provide expert analysis.
