Winterberg (pps). Germany’s two times World Champions David Möller and Tatjana Hüfner as well as Olympic Bronze medallists Gerhard Plankensteiner/Oswald Haselrieder (ITA) dominated the final training to Viessmann luge World Cup.
At the bobtrack in Winterberg (GER), David Möller with 53,225 seconds was the fastest athlete in training, followed by his German teammates Andi Langenhan (53,310), Johannes Ludwig (53,485) and Jan Eichhorn (53,510).
At the women, Olympic Bronze medallist Tatjana Hüfner (GER) in 56,168 seconds had the fastest run. Her teammate, vice World Champion Natalie Geisenberger, finished with the second best time (56,552), followed by Natalia Yakushenko (UKR, 56,688).
The final training of the doubles dominated Italy’s Gerhard Plankensteiner/Oswald Haselrieder in 44,318 seconds, followed by Tobias Wendl/Tobias Arlt (GER, 44,327) and Olympic Champions Andreas Linger/Wolfgang Linger from Austria (44,350).
