For clean sport: Play True Day 2024

Salzburg (FIL/17 Apr. 2024) Every year since 2014, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has called on the sports community to take part in Play True Day on April 19. This special day is dedicated to clean sport and aims to raise awareness of the importance of doping prevention.

On April 19, 2024, the world's biggest team will also be championing clean sport. WADA invites the global anti-doping community to join the #OnePlayTrueTeam for Play True Day 2024.

Anyone who cares about clean sport is invited to join the campaign by sharing the Play True message on their social media channels. This can be done by using the hashtags #PlayTrue, #PlayTrueDay and #OnePlayTrueTeam.

The campaign can be followed in real time on the dedicated WADA Play True Day wall, where all posts with the mentioned hashtags will be displayed.

The International Luge Federation (FIL) fully supports WADA's efforts to promote clean sport and strengthen the prevention of doping. As a member of the global sports system, it is crucial for the FIL to uphold integrity and fairness in sport.
