Former GDR Luge Coach Gottfried Legler passed away
Oberhof (RWH) One of the most successful coaches of the former GDR, Gottfried Legler from Oberhof, has passed away. He died at the age of 83 on November 4th. This was now published by Rainhard Bredow, the 1972 Olympic Champion in doubles together with Horst Hörnlein. Bredow/Hörnlein were among the six Olympic Champions, who have been coached by Legler.
