For the last race I hope for regular conditions and of course I want to be at the top of the podium again.” Albert Demtschenko (RUS, Olympic silver medallist 2006, European Champion 2006, Overall World Cup Champion 2004/05) „I wanted to win so I am not satisfied with the race. I had some problems at my runs, for example at the end of curve 14, where the wind hit me. The snow was no problem, it was light and flew away. For the last race at Sunday I want to win, but for that also something up there acts a part.” Daniel Pfister (AUT, fourth rank at European Championships 2008, Vice Junior World Champion 2006 and 2007, best World Cup result rank three in Igls), „With seventh rank after first run I hadn’t bargain fort he podium, I am very happy. My training here wasn’t so good and also the first run could have been better. I knew that the snow was no problem for my material, so my head was free. Maybe that was my advantage.“
