The 23rd FIL Luge World Championships on Natural Track begin with the training runs on Friday in Umhausen (AUT). Because of the global corona pandemic, no spectators are allowed on site. That is why the International Luge Federation FIL, together with the organizing committee of the 2021 World Championships, is relying on the livestream and thus bringing the title fights to the fans.

The total of four medal decisions (women’s single, doubles, men’s single and team competition) will be broadcast on Austrian television (ORF Sport + and K19) as well as online via livestream on a total of 13 portals in German and English. ORF Sport + will broadcast the final in the women's singles on Saturday from 2 p.m. and on Sunday (men's singles final and team competition) five minutes before the start of the favourites. K19 starts its TV broadcasts on Saturday from 8.30 a.m., on Sunday from 9 a.m.
The livestream of the FIL Luge World Cup on natural track was used by an average of 40,000 users per World Cup in the 2020/2021 season. This is the link to the live stream on the homepage of the International Luge Federation https://www.fil-luge.org/en/live-streaming-natural
