Germany’s Minister of the Interior to give celebratory speech
Berchtesgaden (pps) On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Germany’s Bobsleigh and Sled Sports Federation, BSD, to be celebrated in Berlin on July 1-2, 2011, Germany’s Minister of the Interior Hans-Peter Friedrich will deliver the celebratory speech. According to the information published by the BSD, about 300 guests from the world of sports, economy, politics, culture and media have been invited to the festivities that are embedded within the 59th Congress of the International Luge Federation, FIL. “We are all very proud of our ‘small but fine’ federation. The BSD belongs to the outstanding Olympic leading federations”, explained BSD President Andreas Trautvetter.
