Quotes

Tobias Wendl (GER / 2012 European runner-up)

“That’s a great way to start into the new season. We had two solid runs today. The whole package just worked out. Of course you’re always a bit nervous going into the first event of the winter. So far, a fourth place was our best result in Igls.”

Toni Eggert (GER / World runner-up 2012)

“We didn’t have a single good run during training. But today we achieved two really solid runs.”

Peter Penz (AUT / 2012 European champion)

“After the training runs we already knew it would be difficult to achieve a podium finish. This is why we’re happy with our third place.”
