Lake Placid (pps) Via the Facebook account of the International Luge Federation (FIL) the international top luge athletes of the Viessmann Luge World Cup series have offered a creative Christmas video to their fans. The video to the sound of the song “All I want for Christmas is You” was produced by two still active lugers, U.S. sliders Erin Hamlin (2009 World Champion) and Kate Hansen (2008 World Junior Champion).

Among the “performers” are athletes from more than ten nations, such as, for instance, two-time Olympic doubles Champions Andreas and Wolfgang Linger of Austria, record World Champion Armin Zoeggeler of Italy, Germany’s Georg Hackl, or exotic lugers such as Shiva Keshevan from India or Australia’s Alex Ferlazzo.
