Italy’s Nagler-Malleier new Junior World Champions

Altenberg (RWH) Italy’s Ivan Nagler-Fabian Malleier are the new Junior World Champions in Doubles. At the 33rd Junior World Championships in Altenberg, Germany, the duo of South Tirol won in front of Germany's Hannes Orlamünder-Paul Gubitz and Vsevolod Kashkin-Konstantin Korshunov from Russia. Next week Nagler-Malleier will start at the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, Korea.

At the end of the event Germany won the Team Relay. In the line-up with the new junior World Champions Jessica Tiebel and Max Langenhan accompanied by Orlamünder-Gubitz the host nation sent Russia (Tatyana Tsvetova, Danil Lebedev and Kashkin-Korshunov) and Italy (Verena Hofer, Leon Felderer and Nagler-Malleier) to second and third place.
