With a lead of only five points, European Champion Alex Gruber (ITA) has secured the overall World Cup in the men's singles for the first time with 430 points after five of seven races. World Champion Thomas Kammerlander (AUT) finished second with 425 points, ahead of last year's overall winner Michael Scheikl (AUT) with 380 points.
In the women's singles, Evelin Lanthaler (ITA) won all races of the season, with 500 points she secured the overall World Cup for the sixth time. Her teammate Greta Pinggera (ITA) took second place with 380 points, ahead of Lisa Walch (GER/345 points).
In the doubles, the veterans Patrick Pigneter/Florian Clara (ITA) remained unbeaten this season. With 500 points, they won the overall World Cup for the 13th time, ahead of Fabian Achenrainer/Simon Achenrainer (AUT) with 370 points. Third place for the European Champions Pavel Porshnev/Ivan Lazarev (RUS) with 295 points.
Italy leads the nation ranking with a total of 3,328 points, followed by Austria (2,489 points) and Russia (2,089 points).
