Winterberg (pps) Canada’s Jeff Christie and Martins Rubenis of Lativa are the new athletes’ representatives for artificial track luge within the International Luge Federation, FIL. They were elected on the occasion of the 39 th FIL World Luge Championships in Igls. The result of the election was announced by FIL President Josef Fendt at the 2 nd FIL Ahtletes’ Meeting in Winterberg. Christie and Rubenis succeed Brian Martin (USA) and Mark Hatton (GBR).
