Joys of fatherhood for Sascha Benecken

Winterberg (RWH) Right between the flowers presentation and medals ceremony Sascha Benecken reached another joyfull news: His wife Yasmin gave birth to his son Jonatan in the hospital of Hildburghausen, Germany. The proud father was happy to announce the brand new information by himself in the Press Centre of the  48th World Championships at Winterberg, Germany.

His double partner Toni Eggert was also able to celebrate additional good news: His girlfriend Julia Taubitz won the silver medal in the women’s competetion and the top title in the „Under 23“ World Championships.
