Salzburg (pps) Karl-Heinz Anschütz will remain Sport Coordinator of the International Luge Federation (FIL) for all Viessmann World Cups in the post-Olympic season and the World Championships in Igls at the beginning of February. This was decided by the FIL Executive Board at its recent meeting in Salzburg, Austria. Anschütz has been performing the job of Sport Coordinator at all Viessmann World Cups and FIL championships since the 2002/2003 winter.

On his side as permanent Technical Delegate (TD), also at all World Cups and at the World Championships, will be Norway’s Björn Dyrdahl. The former chief of police of Trondheim served as Technical Delegate of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) at the Olympic Winter Games in Turin.
