Kevin Fischnaller and Evelin Landthaler honored

Cortina (FIL) Traditionally, Italy's biggest sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport together with the Italian winter sports federation FISI again organized the sports gala "Gran Galá della Neve" in Cortina in 2021.

Kevin Fischnaller, winner of the BMW Sprint World Cup 2021 and natural track luge World Champion Evelin Lanthaler were awarded the Silver Snowflake, for their sporting achievements in the past winter sports season, at the snow gala in the Olympic resort for the year 2026.

The festive evening in the Alexander Hall in Cortina brought the past season to a festive close and symbolically marked the start of the 2021/22 Olympic season, which will culminate with the opening of the Olympic Winter Games on February 4, 2022 in Beijing, China.
