Altenberg (pps) Silke Kraushaar-Pielach, the 1998 Olympic and 2004 World champion as well as three-time European champion and four-time winner of the overall World Cup rankings, has managed to capture for the first the overall SUZUKI Challenge Cup rankings.

With a total of 270 points nobody is able to catch her in the overall ranking. In the final of Altenberg Silke Kraushaar-Pielach defeated Martina Kocher from Switzerland.

The men’s race was won by Italy’s Armin Zöggeler. He won the final vs. Germany’s Jan Einhorn. It was the 3rd victory of Zöggeler in the 3rd Suzuki Challenge of the season.

In doubles Patric Leitner/Alexander Resch won the final vs. Gerhard Plankensteiner/Oswald Haselrieder from Italy.
