Winterberg. (pps) David Möller, Barbara Niedernhuber and Patric Leitner/Alexander Resch are the winners of the fourth and last race to Krombacher Challenge Cup at the Bobtrack in Winterberg (Germany).
At the Doubles, Mark Grimmette/Brian Martin from USA on second rank (44,925 seconds) were only beaten by Germany`s Olympic Champions Patric Leitner/Alexander Resch (44,899), who celebrated their first sea-sons victory in Krombacher Challenge-Cup. On rank three came Lubomir Mick/Walter Marx (44,963) from Slovakia. With her second rank in Winterberg, Grimmette/Martin (295 points), won the overall Challenge Cup, followed by Leitner/Resch (255) and Tobias and Markus Schiegl from Austria with the same amount of points.

David Möller (Germany) won the men`s final in 55,415 seconds followed by his teammate and three times Olympic Champion Georg Hackl (55,525) and Tony Benshoof (55,567) from USA. The overall Challenge Cup won Austria`s Markus Kleinheinz (330 points) with a fourth rank in Winterberg (55,691), followed by Georg Hackl (310) and Italy`s Olympic Champion Armin Zöggeler (256).
At the womens race, Barbara Niedernhuber (Germany) celebrated her first seasons victory.
The olympic silvermedallist won in 45,213 seconds, followed by her teammates Sylke Otto (45,230) and Silke Kraushaar (45,279). With her second rank in Winterberg, Otto saved her win of the overall Challenge Cup (385 points) followed by Silke Kraushaar (310) and Barbara Niedernhuber (300). However, the Olympic Champion mis-ses the Jackpot of 10.000 US-Dollar, for that she would have needed the victory in Winterberg.
