Winterberg (pps) Last year, two-time Olympic champion Armin Zoeggeler of Italy dominated the men’s singles in Winterberg. He won the Viessmann Luge World Cup ahead of Russia’s Albert Demchenko and Germany’s David Moeller. In the women’s event Germany’s women – Natalie Geisenberger and Tatjana Huefner - took gold and silver respectively. Erin Hamlin (USA) finished on third place. Italy’s Christian Oberstolz-Patrick Gruber won the doubles’ ahead of compatriots Gerhard Plankensteiner-Oswald Haselrieder. Patric Leitner-Alexander Resch of Germany, who have since ended their active career, took third place. In the team relay the German quartet won ahead of Austria and the US team.
