Calgary (pps) Germany’s 2002 Olympic Champion and four-time World Champions Patric Leitner/Alexander Resch are now the recording winning double in Viessmann Luge World Cup. At Calgary the two Bavarian realized their 28 victory and were able to outdistance compatriots Stefan Krauße-Jan Behrendt (27 wins).
Leitner/Resch won I a total time of one minute 27,499 seconds followed by Italy’s Christian Oberstolz/Patrick Gruber (1:27,804) and their team-mates Andre Florschütz/Torsten Wustlich (1:27,807). Christian Niccum/Daniel Joye finished on 7th place. 10th place went to Canada’s Chris Moffat/Mike Moffat.
