Max Langenhan defends title successfully

Innsbruck-Igls (RWH) The two Germans Cheyenne Rosenthal and Max Langenhan have won the titles on the first day of the 34th Junior World Championships of the International Luge Federation (FIL) in Innsbruck-Igls. Three weeks before his 20th birthday Langenhan defended his title successfully. Silver and Bronze secured Austria’s Bastian Schulte and Lukas Gufler from Italy. In women’s competition gold went to Cheyenne Rosenthal followed by Verena Hofer from Italy and Jessica Degenhardt (GER).
On Saturday in doubles and team competition the titles will be awarded on the 1976 Olympic track.
