Miriam Kastlunger, Riks Rozitis and Walker-Snith winner of Nationscup

Calgary (RWH) Miriam Kastlunger (AUT), Riks Rozitis (LAT) and Canada’s Tristan Walker-Justin Snith are the winner of the Nationscup in Calgary. In the qualification round for the Viessmann Luge World Cup this Friday and Saturday the two local heroes sent Wojciech Chmielewski/Jakub Kowalewski from Poland to second place. Third place went to Justin Krewson/Andrew Sherk (USA).

Miriam Kastlunger, 2012 Gold Medallist at the Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck, won with an advantage of just seven thousand of a second in front of Raluca Stramaturaru. Third place went to Eliza Cauce (LAT). Rozitis was followed by Tucker West (USA) and Canada’s Sam Edney.
