National Sliding Center Yanqing: Pre-homologation now end of October 2020

Lausanne (RWH) The Pre-homologation of the National Sliding Center Yanqing, sliding sports venue venue at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, will be held from October 26th to November 1st 2020. This was agreed between the Beijing 2022 Organizing Committee BOCOG, the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation IBSF and the International Luge Federation FIL.

The pre-homologation test runs serve to test the field of play (FoP). The homologation-process validates the safety and drivability of the track as well as is a check on the infrastructure, logistic aspects and work flow.
