Altenberg (pps) Ewelina Staszulonek from Poland, Austria’s Daniel Pfister and the reigning World Champions Gerhard Plankensteiner/Oswald Haselrieder from Italy have won the Nations cup at Altenberg (GER).
In the women’s race Ewelina Staszulonek took the victory home followed by Alexandra Rodionova from Russia. Germany’s Steffi Sieger (GER), who finished on third place, is not allowed to start in the Viessmann World Cup, because Germany has utilized the allocation. In double’s second place behind Plankensteiner/Haselrieder went to their tem-mates Peter Fischnaller/Patrick Schwienbacher. On third place finished Austria’s former World Champions Tobias Schiegl/Markus Schiegl.
