Nordic Cup 2022 in Lillehammer

Lillehammer (FIL) From 10 to 13 March, the Nordic Cup in the sports of luge, bobsleigh and skeleton took place in Lillehammer, Norway.

32 athletes from five different countries competed in three different sports this weekend in Lillehammer. 

The aim of the Nordic Cup is to give children, young people and adults the opportunity to compete in the ice track in Lillehammer. It is about training for competitions and gaining experience for upcoming international competitions and of course meeting new friends from other countries.

It is also an opportunity for coaches to meet, exchange ideas, make contacts and together take the sport of luge in the Nordic countries to the next level.

The Nordic Cup was organised by the clubs Lillehammer Akeklubb and Skärgårdens Rodel och Kälkklubb. The Northern Cup is planned again for 2023.
