Oslo (RWH) Norway’s Thor Haug Nørbech retires from the sport of luge to focus on his studies. The 27 year old athlete published his decision in a letter to the International Luge Federation (FIL). The best result in his career was rank eight at the FIL European Championships 2014 in Sigulda, Latvia.
