Armin Zöggeler (ITA, Olympic Champion 2002 and 2006)
„That was a gamble. I had some problems with the wind in first run so that I’m perfectly happy with my victory.”
Albert Demtschenko (RUS, Olympic Silver medallist 2006)
„I am satisfied with my race, I like to compete in Winterberg. Armin was faster so second rank I ok. Sure the wind influenced the race but it was also important to be very good.”
David Möller (GER, World Champion 2007 and 2008)
„I increased my performance in Winterberg, and were fastest in second run. Sure it was a gamble but with the good ice in Winterberg all had the same chance to be lucky or not.”
