Quotes:
Armin Zöggeler (Olympic Champion 2002 and 2006):
„I’m very happy to catch such a good start in the new season. Normally it is always a little bit tough for me to start well in a new season. We had difficult conditions today. Well it is always an advantage to have a race on the home track.
Albert Demtschenko (Olympic Silver Medalist 2006)
„I caught a cold. But nevertheless I’m not satisfied with my performance. “
Reinhold Rainer (World cup winner Park City 2002/2003)
„The last starting number in run one was bad luck, but the low number in the second one was good luck. I was in a perfect shape before the games started in February, but I took the wrong material on race days.”
