Quotes

Natalie Geisenberger (GER / 2010 Olympic bronze medalist, 2012 World bronze medalist)

“I’m really having fun at the moment. I’m greatly enjoying myself. Being on my sled I can’t help myself – I’m grinning all the time. I’ve worked hard during the summer and now I can reap the fruits. Of course it would be great to keep the jersey of the World Cup leader throughout the winter and to replace it later with the one of the World Champion.”

Anke Wischnewski (GER / 2007 World silver medalist)

“Everything’s working out right now. The sled’s set-up is fine, I’ve got the perfect racing line – I’m absolutely happy.”

Corinna Martini (GER / 2012 European bronze medalist)

“The first run wasn’t too good and I’ve made some mistakes in the second. But I’m really happy. My third place is just great.”

Tatjana Huefner (GER / Olympic and four-time World Champion)

“Well, it’s not the end of the world.”
