Altenberg (pps) Germany’s Silke Kraushaar, David Moeller and André Florschuetz-
Torsten Wustlich were the first winners in this season’s Suzuki Challenge Cup.
At the
opening race at Altenberg, Germany, Silke Kraushaar defeated Ukrainian Natalia
Yakushenko (55.075) in 54.544 seconds in the women’s final, while David Moeller
(56.045) beat Austria’s Markus Kleinheinz (56.048) by just three thousandth of a
second. Florschuetz-Wustlich won the doubles final in 42.781 seconds from former
Austrian World champions, Andreas Linger and Wolfgang Linger (42.855).
