SportAccord Convention celebrates its birthday with Fendt and Romstad in attendance

Aarhus (RWH) The SportAccord Convention is celebrating its 15th birthday, and President Josef Fendt and Secretary General Svein Romstad will represent the International Luge Federation (FIL) at the celebrations in the Danish city of Aarhus. More than 2,500 leading representatives of sporting organisations and the business community meet at the SportAccord Convention. SportAccord is the umbrella organisation for all international sports federations.

Fendt and Romstad will attend several meetings at the convention, which lasts until 7 April, including the general assembly of the Association of International Olympic Winter Sports Federations (AIOWF) and discussions with IOC representatives. Fendt was recently a guest of honour at the World Figure Skating Championships in Helsinki, Finland.
